The waiting area alone exuded a welcoming, relaxing, even sophisticated ambiance. I really appreciated how Julie sat down with me first and took her time to listen to my eczema woes. She was much more empathetic, understanding, and compassionate than the dermatologist I had gone to see who, btw, talked more than listened and readily prescribed Prednisone in which he trusted, but I didn't. Julie is beyond knowledgeable about eczema. We discussed holistic approaches and treatments for the inflammatory disease caused by a leaky gut. Then it was time for my Infrared Heat Wrap. It felt very comfortable in spite of my initial worries about the heat. It helped sweat out toxins and absorb the efficacious elixir she had massaged on my legs and arms. What I booked online was nothing close to my experience. When the massage was over I asked when the cupping was going to happen. She looked at me and said there was no cupping scheduled. She checks her phone, immediately apologizes and then proceeds to tell me it's free next time. 5 minutes free. Then she could tell that I wasn't impressed, so she offered cupping for free next time.
