White River Dive Co. — Local services in Hollister

I have nothing but fun times and good memories from my experience in Branson, thanks to White River Adventures and Dive Company! Of note, I've been coming back to Branson over the years (5 plus years) and each time my family and I have returned, we've always gotten great customer service and met with some of the nicest people you will ever know.

Most recently, came back here for my PADI Open Water Certification and Ted was my instructor. He was a great teacher for my SCUBA diving lessons. Very informative and I feel confident about my training received, especially now that I am certified and ready to hit the high seas. For the rest of my family, Louis was super patient with my sister who has disabilities and worked with her for diving and swimming lessons. I can't be thankful enough for his help with her.

I have also bought all of my SCUBA gear here; every single staff member (especially Louis Chapman and his wife JuJu) knows their gear and JuJu was especially patient with me as I asked many questions and addressed any concerns I had. In the end, they also are very fair with pricing and I felt like I got a good deal on my equipment. They have some great beginner packages for PADI OW training (fins/mask with snorkel/booties) along with bundles for BCD, regulators, etc.

Overall, I will 1000% recommend this place for others to come to. I will definitely come back soon once I need more...

I completed the Padi Deep & Wreck Diver courses here during vacation time in Branson. This completed all of the courses I needed for my Padi Master Diver certification.

The shop has a great selection of dive gear and fill NITROX in addition to air. Their pontoon boat has a ladder with steps (rather than rungs) which is helpful for an old-timer like me.

A young couple came in and rented a kayak while I was in the shop. They were offered transportation to the lake for still water paddling or to a site below the dam for moving water paddling with down-river pickup. I was impressed by how the dive shop led them through the decision on where to go.

Most important are the people. They are highly-qualified and super friendly.

White River Adventures is a great place for beginner divers to learn the sport with a swimming pool on site plus the lake nearby. In addition, it is a grest place for experienced divers to enjoy interesting dive sites and continue their training and education.

I can’t thank these folks enough! They went above and beyond for our group! We had a group of 20 teens that had their boat day canceled the day prior and they were devastated! We went to the place that has canceled first and they didn’t seem to want our business. We had passed by White River on our way and we had already been intrigued. We called and she was very happy to work something out! We went to the shop and they made us feel welcome and wanted! They did so much to make sure our group had fun. They took two trips down to the lake to set everything up and they were so fast! We ended up with tubes, paddle boards, kayaks, a lily pad and the big slide! Even the adults had a blast!
