I purchased a pre-made cheeseburger and it wasn't cooked all the way, this is the 3rd time I've had a problem with my food. First time I got a pre-made burger it was nasty like it had sat there for half the day, second time I didn't even get my food because it was forgotten about while I waited for 20 mins the guy went out and smoked a cigarette the cashier lady asked him where my burger was, I couldn't wait I had to go back to work as I only get 30 mins for lunch so I was freaking starving the rest of the day, and now an undercooked burger now I'm left being hungry again because I cannot eat undercooked meat it grosses me out! I come here for lunch every time I'm working out this way I really enjoy your food and doing business with y'all but I'm just not having the greatest of times getting the great food I usually purchase from y'all. I'm honestly to the point of not even coming back after having problems with my food 3 times, but am willing to come back because y'all do have the best Dam burgers! That and y'all treat every customer with respect and y'all are hard workers! I'll give one more shot with y'all because of that.

Reply: Sorry I forgot to include the photos, but that burger was not cooked to the proper temperature, I bit into it and tasted raw meat I immediately spit it out. And the burger I got from the warmer my bun was partially hard as well as the patty was hard and dry, not like y'all to have burgers of any kind that's bad. I gave 2 stars because I had bad service 3 times therefore if I have another bad service I'm forced to leave 1 star and never return, I hope I'm not forced to do so. Area71 use to be a well run convenient store. We have stopped in here quite a few times when coming into Branson or leaving town. Our visit today 6/16 was very disappointing. The sanitary of the woman’s bathroom was well below par. Toilet paper all over the bathroom floor, toilet’s have not been cleaned in a while, no paper towels. Both paper towel holders were empty. The counters were full of water and built up grit. The doors on the bathroom stalls either need to be repainted or completely replaced. They had not been cleaned in a long time. I went to buy water and ice, I told the man checking me out about the mess, he didn’t have much to say but I’m sorry, I’ll have someone go check it. The management needs to hold this store accountable for the sanitary of the store and bathrooms. A McDonald’s bathroom is cleaner than what I experienced today. Also, the rugs by the soda machine have not been vacuumed in a while. Full of dirt, grass, and debris. Where the food is served they had opened cleaning supplies and dirty rags sitting there out in the open. As for the cleaning supplies being left out, I think about safety of children. Half of the gas tanks were “out of order” and ridden with dirt caked on it. I know we won’t be stopping back in when we come back to town. To be able to post a review you have to “give a star”. We really enjoyed going here until lately. I understand businesses grow and sometimes really fast but that leads to issues. The last probably 6-7 times we’ve been in there’s been some kind of issue with pricing. The staff is friendly and the location clean BUT I absolutely do not like not knowing what I’m going to pay for the same item from time to time. One day it is this price and the next day it is more expensive then the lesser price the next time and back and forth. I also don’t like picking up a product while there are multiples on the shelf only to find out the price tag is inaccurate and for the wrong size. Tonight we stopped in for charcoal and drinks. The charcoal was listed at $7 and some change but rang up for quite a bit more. I just declined all products and left dissatisfied and took my business down the road. We want to be able to support y’all but tonight was just kind of the nail in the coffin type of situation for the time being.
