If I could give 0 stars I would! I bought a stackable apartment size washer and dryer from them. Each time half of the unit would not work. Like right now for instance my dryer only works when it gets hot outside which causes my laundry room to heat up!! They replaced the unit multiple times like I said each time half of the unit was not working! Then they didn't want to fix the broken half and ultimately gave me the original unit where the dryer on it was already busted..then they told my landlord they weren't going to switch it out again for a working one!! I know this post is late but I have been busy! I will also be calling BBB on them for selling broken merchandise and refusing to fix it appropriately!! I should have known I would get a crappy unit after finding out they used to rent commercial space from my landlord and owed them money for that commercial space!! I mean if I wanted to take my chances at buying a broken machine I would have bought one off of Facebook swap!! I gave my landlord the money for the machine in good faith expecting a fully functional one!! Not one that was only going to dry when my laundry got hot due to temps outside!! I am not even sure why it dries then! Also they didn't even clean out the lint trap or components! The dryer was so full of lint that it is literally stuck to the metal on the machine! That is a HUGE fire accident waiting to happen!! Do not buy from Daytona Appliance if you want to be scammed!! I stopped in to ask a question about an appliance I had bought on FB. They were so nice and helpful. When I actually had an issue months later with the appliance, I of course called them. Brandy called me right back on a Saturday to schedule an appointment. Since I was having an issue with another appliance she offered to combine the service calls with a discount. And poor Smitty. He called to let me know he was on his way, about an hour into my 2 hour appointment window. Was there in minutes. It’s now been 3 hours. He fixed one appliance right away, and thought he had the second one done also. But it’s fighting back. He is doing everything in his power to get my W/D fixed, knowing how much I need it. Instead of saying, I’ll have to come back, and charging another service call, he has asked if he could run back to the shop to get an additional part. Twice! This might seem like too much for some of you, but I couldn’t be more thankful for his dedication and their kindness. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. If you can afford brand new, that’s wonderful. If you can’t, go to these people. Daytona Appliance Repair . They sell used as well. And they are real human beings. Thank you so much...
