I wish I could give these people zero stars. Bear with me. First of all, I did not know they were with this dealership as they had a private listing on Facebook Marketplace. If i had known, i would have read the reviews and not believed a word they said. With that being said, my fiance found a car on Facebook Marketplace, a Lexus convertible. I was excited. He contacted them to see if it was still available, and it was. We did a lot of talking back and forth. Augusto, who said he was the owner said he didn't speak much English and that his girlfriend Olga would call me. She did. I asked her lots of questions, including how the tires were and mechanical condition because i would be flying on from Orlando and driving 3.5 hours back home. She assured me that NOTHING was wrong with the car and the tires were perfect. She said she'd driven it to Tampa and it was great. We ended up agreeing on a price and i made the trip down there. Sidenote: my fiance was unable to come with me because of business obligations. We met at the Chase bank parking lot. She and Augusto drove separately, he arrived first. My daughter and i were standing to the side on the sidewalk waiting. She arrived, stopped in the middle of the driving lanes of the parking lot and got out of the car and is telling me to get in and take it for a ride. Btw, she had spilled an entire cup of coffee in the passenger seat, so it was still wet and sticky. Augusto found paper towels to clean it up. The first thing i noticed was the paint, the pictures they posted showed none of the imperfections on the paint or the leather interior. It had an additional 10,000 miles on than what they listed. The tint on the windows was terrible and peeling off. The gas tank was completely on E, to the point that Olga tells me i should probably turn the car off because it's a V8 and will run out of gas. Therefore, my "test drive" was once around the parking lot. I reluctantly went ahead and paid the agreed upon price (because i was in love with the car), he deposited the money immediately and we left because we had to get to the nearest gas station. I called my fiance and let him know the experience and the condition of the car. He sent me to a detailer (car smelled like smoke and was filthy) and tint person while still there in Hollywood $400. The ride home was TERRIBLE. The car would vibrate terribly, road noise was ridiculous. The tires that were "perfect" were completely worn to the wires on the inside, completely out of alignment. Another $400. The radio does not work either. The air conditioning fan is about to break, so we have ordered a replacement for that as well. It makes an obnoxious ticking noise that increases with volume the higher the fan blows. You can't drown it with music, because that doesn't work. I sent Olga a text message to ask about these things, and of course, no response. Stay away from them on all avenues of advertisement.....this dealership, Facebook and/or craigslist. They are not honest people. The car that is in perfect condition with nothing wrong will end up costing you. Take your money elsewhere, or spend a lottle extra to get something that works. I knew i was getting an older car and was willing to put money into it, i just wanted honesty to know exactly what i would need going into it. I probably still would have purchased it, AND more importantly, i would have had more respect for them as humans and business owners. The car has this companies license plate holder on it which is how i knew they...
Read moreAnybody know how to put a -1 star? I was looking at a truck listed for 16,900... I called papi Chulo nico and offered him 16k cash and he said yes 16k cash you can take it. I told him I’m driving from 2 hours away so if it’s legit he said yes come yes. I show up and nico is nowhere to be found, but me and my good friend who Is a diesel mechanic find the car and start looking at it. The car was a little ragged on and had its wear and tear they told us to go drive it. Didn’t even ask if we had a license or anything. To say the least we had to rag on it to see if that truck was a good deal.( imagine how much these vehicle get ragged on by test drivers) We finished the test drive and I was asking for nico to talk about pricing. Well the “owner” grabbed me and said come do business with me. They were all drinking and I remember him saying he was Colombian. Well I’m Colombian and I apologize for this snake and lying behavior. Owner said he purchased the car for 18 and cash he would let it go for 21k! LOl Lying as* dude. They baited me to show up just to tell me the price was 5k more. I told him you should probably tell nico he should stop doing that and his answer was: “how am I going to tell something to my salesman that sales 17 cars a month, would you tell him something?” I said hell yeah I would, the guy si lying to get people here. And he seemed not fazed by it. The owner went around the price for so long 30 mins trying to tell me how much he payed for the car but would not say a price. Just to keep you longer in there and waste your time. Conclusion avoid this snake pit...
Read moreThis place is the worst experience ever. My husband came to buy a truck wish looks good and in good condition. Cris the salesperson told him was two year guarantees with the bank plus one year with the dealership. Everything sound it good, but after a two days the truck starting to leak oil from the transmission and the battery was bad too when Cris told him everything was replaced and new. I came two days later with my husband, because Cris, German or Nicolas were not answering their phone calls or text messages. They were rude when I started taking and asking questions about the deal and all the lies they had said, they told my husband they won't talk to me because I was not part of the deal and they don't need to explain anything to me, I got up and start yelling at them and told them I had all rights to discuss any agreements my husband made, they thought I didn't speak or understand English, they were surprised when I told them off in English and Spanish. This people are the worst. Also the lady that does the tags Gloria, we told them we had already a tag we just wanted it a transfer, she when and got a new one and charge my husband $450 and told him if he doesn't pay she would report it to the tag department and license so he can have it suspended. Now we stuck with them until we pay off the car. Not only they don't have professional experience and ethics on what they promote and sale online. This dealer is the biggest scammers in Hollywood area. Never again coming to this place,...
