Used to be a huge fan of this place...kind owners and quick service. Replaced my screen 5 or 6 times here and each time was a good repair. Last time I visited, I replaced my iPhone 6 screen for the 3rd time...as soon as I left, my Touch ID was no longer working. I was going to bring back the next day but they were closed due to it being Sunday. I called on Monday and was told they could never be sure it was really working in the first place and I must restore my phone. Taken back by the answer...I decide it wouldn't hurt to try, it didn't work. Fast forward to Tuesday, 3 days with my new screen and I notice the top corner of the screen is lifting away from the frame. I decided to finish the work day and get my phone looked at the next day...I pull it out of my pocket upon leaving work and the screen has a hairline crack, mind you, my phone has gone from my desk to my pocket...no where else. I go back to The Wireless Shop on Thursday and ask to have it looked at. The end result was that there was nothing I could do besides pay $70 more for a new screen or have the broken one glued, yes, glued. Since my phone "had to have fallen" there was no explanation how my phone could break while it was in my pocket nor how the glass could just start popping off. I insist that it was installed incorrectly due to the nature of the crack and being an iPhone owner since its conception. But truly anyone knows, that if glass is not by a frame and pressure is applied it will end up bending and breaking it...not breaking from a fall that did not happen. If you look for fast good qualuty service dont come here. I gave them my phone a week ago they still havent fixed it they told me my phone would be ready on saturday so i paid them and they took my money knowing the guy who fix tge phones dont work on saturday that means you lied to me about my phone being fixed . i asjed for my phone back they dont have it or cant get it . So i told them give me a refund which they did. Moral of the story im going to buy a new phone and if you looking to do buisness at this store i asvised you not too. You will be highly upset just a waste of time go to a real phone shop i try to spend money with local business's but they're unprofessional and dont have a staff to run business...

My screen broke while on vacation so I went to the Wireless Shop to have it repaired. I've never had an issue with my phone until I had the Wireless Shop work on it. Now, the switch to control the ring vs vibrate will not move and it is stuck in the vibrate position. My replacement screen also cracked within one week (I've had 2 iphones in the last 5 years and this was the first time I ever had a broken screen) Beware! The quality of the products and installation is very very poor. Shop at your own risk and be prepared to spend more money to have your phone...
