Oct 21, 2024 Last month I went to Americars in Hollywood to see a specific car. I called ahead and spoke to Yuri. I immediately felt a good connection with him, he was insightful , honest about his stock of cars, and so I went.

I had called several car dealers weeks prior, all were unreliable, a few were helpful but when I'd go to see a car, it was sold....they'd try to sell me something else instead. Higher priced.

My circumstances were unique, I was on a budget, going through personal circumstances, and a bit weary of buying a car alone.

I met Yuri, he was extremely helpful and accomodating. He listened carefully to my needs, gave me his advice and opinion on my 2 selected choices. We test drove both cars.

I finally chose a beautiful mini which was exactly as his marketing showed.

i had taken an Uber to Yuri, I mentioned that I didn't know the exact way back home. He was incredibly kind to drive the car home for me, the car is for my daughter and I. Not only this, he waited whilst I went into the bank to get a check for him. He was kind enough to help me purchase the car which he negotiated on, he has a very good heart.

He also helped get the tag for me. I had overpaid slightly for it, I had no idea, until I received a refund from Yuri in the mail.

He stayed in close touch to see how the car was, and is reliable to this day answering my questions.

He went above and beyond for me. I recommend Americars 100 percent!

My daughter was over the moon when she got home from school. Yuri made that possible for me and I will be forever thankful to him for making it happen within a space of a couple of hours!

After seeing a 2008 Mercedes CL 63 listing for 19,000 on eBay, which I then emailed and called the owner by phone asking if the vehicle's condition, History, and if there were any mechanical issues. The owner Yuri, Stated there was no issues and the car ran perfectly fine, so we drove down to Palm Beach met him giving him the benefit of the doubt. First thing here he wanted to do was to deposit the cashiers check then go into the details and facts, what's the title was signed and De it was completely close. As I was leaving the car started out with a horrible rattle that lasted for a few seconds and went to work. Secondly, the car won't engage into reverse and the dashboard lit up with ABS and check engine lights. Yuri came and sat in the car trying a few things managing to get it into reverse, then he said the transmission fluid needed changing and the car had never done that before with him. On the road home the car vibrated and she made it due to both front tires and rims being bent and driver rear one slightly damaged. Made it home and took the car to the Mercedes dealership for complete computer diagnostic scan and visual inspection. The result sure the car had a bad transmission valve body computer, both exhaust camshaft adjusters were bad, valve cover gasket's and both camshaft adjuster gaskets were leaking all, brake pads front and back worn out. It needed front wheel bearing and rear reflects this, both engine supports wheel speed sensor broken,, also right side was leaking. That is $7400 in repairs hardly sounds like the car was in excellent...
