I went into the store to order Valentine’s. I decided to send two candy grams. I looked at some very nice candy grams that were $15 and $20. They had full size candy bars and Several bars per basket. I ordered two for $20 (plus a delivery charge) each and told them they liked kit Kats and reese’s, which were in the ones I looked at with an employee of the store. What was delivered was nothing like I looked at. They had a bag of chips(not a child friendly kind), a bottle of water, trail mix, and a few bite sized candy bars. It was not at all what I saw in the store or what I ordered. I was very disappointed, as were my children with their gift (they may be picky eaters, but there was nothing in it that they liked, which is why I told the person helping me what kind of candy bars they liked). They lost a customer that had made many purchases...

Extremely disappointed with the flower arrangement for a very special family member funeral. When I saw the flowers at the service I was appalled and embarrassed with the bouquet. Way over priced for what you get. They charged me $25.00 for a delivery fee to go 1 mile to the funeral home. Then they wanted to charge me an extra $5 to use my credit card.
