Meat Market — Local services in Homer Township

My husband and I met Joe today. What an amazing place they are running. We purchased a variety of meats, some produce, snacks and canned goods. We learnt that products sold there are local suppliers. 👍 Beautiful cuts of meat that can be readily cut to order. We were even able to find a Brazilian cut of beef called picanha that’s also called rump cap or sirloin cap. It can be purchased sliced or whole. A very rare and delicious find. We also got a variety pack of their in house made brats. The flavors were Bacon Cheeseburger, Hawaiian, Italian and Woodfire Pizza. We liked all of them but I suggest you visit this place and purchase one of each for your own taste test. We also grilled their Smoked Pork Chops today. They were very delicious as well. Also tried…Hot Buffalo Cheese Curds, locally made Eggplant Salsa that had a similar texture to ajvar. Peppered Beef Jerky didn’t make it home. We ate them all in the car. This place is fabulous!!! Great prices and amazing service!!! We've bought meat and produce from here. Everything is fresh, average priced, and the service/welcome we get every time is so wonderful!!! I love being able to stop in to grab something fresh for dinner and not have to pay crazy prices just for convenience. Their NY Strip was one of the best we have ever had!!! Thick (over 1 lbs.), fresh, full of flavor, and at $12 each, they're the only ones I'll buy...

I have been to this place a couple times and I've been treated fantastically by the young ladies I've encountered here, I don't eat much so I don't buy a lot and have never felt like they don't appreciate my business, not to mention decent prices and fresh delicious meats. I highly recommend checking them out...
