Subway — Restaurant in Homer Township

I arrived at subway to get a sandwich & cookies before work @3:30pm , Anthony asked me are you here for a online order ,I say no ,,,now I've been standing here awkwardly as he slowly makes four online sandwiches,,,what a crap policy ....is this how they do Business???been standing here 10 mins now waiting,he never said another word to me yet as The gas station attendant that my mom knows who she's worked with for years at citgo made my sandwich for me I can't believe they expect one person to do all that work unbelievable horrible service under staffed,, why don't you guys have black olives anymore it's been over a month???,, oh and by the way the kid Anthony that works for Subway was really nice it's not his fault that he's under staffed and overworked and the gas station attendance from sick call were super great for helping me instead of making me wait 25 plus minutes to get a sandwich like I already did today, since when do you have to bag...

Of the last three times I went there, they only got the order correct once (*that was with my last visit). On one of my prior orders, I asked for a sandwich, which, per their menu, included guacamole. At the very end, I was told, "Oh, I'm sorry, we are out of guacamole"! In case nobody looked atvtheir menu with scruinity , a serious portion of the sandwiches are advertised with it as a key ingredient. Why would she even build it??? Store is always dirty, never swept or mopped daily. Inside the line never gets cleaned, neither do the tongs for the cookies or the cookie container in general Employees have to be told by customers to take trash out due to it overflowing. Always told "were out of this" or "we don't have this" because employees do not know how to pull items from freezer or cooler. Employees do not know how to prepare prep for the next shift and do not know how to prep it...
