The burger was good. 25 minutes to get it. No customers at all. Waitress told me, " He'd get it out when he was ready to cook " she was struggling. But, he just appeared to not want to make meals. Others were waiting also. I do not understand how these restaurants think they can stay open.

Read moreService was slow. One waitress for entire place. Food was cold and sloppy. Ingredients in food did not match menu description. It was like they were just using up leftover buffet food to mix in everything. Not very good at all. I was being very generous with a three star rating. I had chorizo and egg scramble, my wife had corned beef hash. Mine had chunks of what I think was potato, e few pieces of chewy bacon, and some ingredients that I couldn't identify. It came out cold with stale, rock hard toast. It was one of the nastiest meals I have ever seen. The corned beef hash was o.k., but also cold. The tables were sticky. My coffee cup sat empty through most of the meal. So, I don't need you to explain to me what happened. I was there. After your response, it is clear that you have no desire to listen to your customers. If you are content in what you have, then continue on. If you wish to improve, then you need to pay attention to what your customers say. After all, it's what they like that pays the bills, not...
Read moreGreat prices and good food. I ordered one of their specials, a chorizo and cheese omelette, rye toast and coffee for less than $10. It's hard to find a good breakfast, including coffee, nowadays for that price.
The restaurant is a laid back mom and pop, and I imagine it is frequented by a lot of local regulars from what I observed. Mom and pop restaurants in small towns are my favorites.
The restaurant wasn't very crowded when I arrived, and the food was a little slow coming out, but that was no problem for me because I was in no rush. My waitress, Shelly, was very nice and did a great job of keeping my coffee cup full. By the way, the coffee was really good.
Overall it was a good experience and I'll be back again when I'm...
