Five Star Pizza — Restaurant in Homer Township

No longer live in the area. Was in town and decided to get a pizza. Been going to five star since I was a teen. Placed my order over the phone, they were very polite but in a rush to take our order. Ordered a small pepperoni pizza, with extra cheese. My fiancé went in, they showed him the pizza and he asked where the pepperoni was the employee told him it was under the cheese. When we go home we discovered there was no pepperoni. Fine, it happens. We call back the manager says it under the cheese. We tell her it’s not. She then gets frustrated and says that they normally don’t do remakes but she’ll cover it and make a new one. 2 mins later we get a call from the manager saying she found our ticket and we ordered a cheese pizza. Was rude, argumentative, and very disrespectful. We did receive a remake. I tried to explain that I understand that mistakes happen and they were probably busy. But the manager made me feel like it was my fault. I will never return to any of your location in the future. We stopped in tonight while driving through Michigan on our way back home. We had the BEST experience, Lara & Caden (spelling?) Were the absolute best, they were so funny and kind. The pizza was freaking perfect, the crust was awesome and crispy, the bottom was not soggy, it was super flakey, the toppings were cooked perfectly. Pizza is just okay not the best thing in world its definitely not 5 stars. Got a pizza and the pizza sauce was watery And there's hardly any pizza sauce on pizza.
