It seems like this place is getting worse and worse. Bout to switch pharmacies. In some cases taking days to fill a single prescription... Going through hoops just to get somebody on the phone. On top of getting hung up on when I've been going through their new "oh we'll throw you to the main menu again" while I'm waiting for someone to answer and having to go through the options over and over. I really loved this place, used to feel welcoming and friendly. Idk if they are understaffed or what caz now it always feels like I'm disliked and rushed (making me feel like I may forget what things I'm calling to get filled) for trying to get medicines that I NEED and sometimes worring about withdrawal and seizures. Friendly, helpful, knowledgable, convenient, clean well-organized store, interesting useful products. I have done a lot of my Christmas shopping there for the last two years. Like the frequent specials. Would like a few more 25% off days or maybe a 40 once in awhile with an email notice. Also appreciate the rewards bonus. So happy to do my prescriptions locally. This is the most unhelpful untruthful bunch of humans. They don't communicate changes and lie about why your medication isn't behind the counter. I recommend going to any other pharmacy. Find one with an honest pharmacist you don't have to drag the truth out of like a six year old who...
