Extremity upset with product and customer service. 1st off we bought a couch and recliner by Catnaper. On the 1st day owning it the arm fell off the recliner. They cam out and replaced it, Service guy said it was not put together right at factory. Then the couch kept making popping noises when reclining. He came out and found the way they routed the wire it was pinching and being destroyed causing bare wires to be exposed and grounding out on the frame. okay now the fabric is wearing out and the motor on the recliner is dying. just at the 2 year mark. Guess what warranty is over by 1 month so now they cant fix it. ohh and by the way since they had to come out and had to fix a FACTORY DEFECT we don't even get the credit back on our extended warranty. Never have I ever been ripped off so badly. We have bought quite a bit from this store from bedroom sets to fire places to living room furniture. At this point I will NEVER step foot in this store again. Farmers is in no way a place to buy...

I needed to buy a recliner relatively quick. Went to Farmers Furniture they had something I liked I ordered it it came in on time delivery was over $100 so I said I would pick it up. They gave me a pickup order that I had to sign. They treated the fabric with a stained guard it was supposed to have been put back in the box that it came in did not happen. Told me to pull around to the back to the loading dock. Had a put blankets down because it was out of the box like I said. Then I had to load it by myself and they told me there was no one there to help and I should have read the pickup contract. Trying to carry a recliner out the door narrow door they didn't open up the overhead the skin off my hand and after I got it almost all the way in my truck somebody comes out to help I will never ever buy a piece of furniture from them again the store in South Carolina was very pleasant this one was not. From walk-in to delivery, Farmer’s has given my family the easiest furniture shopping experience and the prices we were given were not only fair but reasonable for financing. Even the insurances and protections they offer are incredible. I was very pleased with our time with Oksana. She listened to the areas we needed furniture for and showed us sets that were exactly the quality we desired. In one visit we got everything we needed off of our new home furniture list, received a great discount with their pick a card discount game and even qualified for better financing than I prequalified for online.
