Twistee Treat Homosassa — Restaurant in Florida

I’m not one for writing reviews, but when I receive exceptional customer service, I feel like that has to be recognized. I stopped by a few days ago with my 5 year old cousin to get some ice cream because it’s Florida, it’s hot, and what better way to cool off than with some ice cream? Anyways, I get to the front and was greeted with a warm welcome from Stephania and was appreciated that she took her time with my indecisive cousin (5 year olds am I right lol) and patiently waited for her to choose what she wanted. We proceeded to wait and received our ice cream. I started enjoying mine, but my cousin said that she wanted sprinkles, and I wasn’t going to make a big deal about it since it was not super busy, so I made the line again. Once I reached the front again, I was asked by Stephania if everything was alright and I said yes the ice cream is killing the heat but my cousin wanted some sprinkles for her ice cream. After a quick 360, Stephania came back with a small cup of sprinkles for my cousin. I pulled out my card to pay for it, but Stephania said that she got it and that I can put my card away. It’s the little details like this that make me write reviews like this and feel good to know that people still show some kindness in the world. Thank you so much Stephania for your kindness...

Hi everyone!!!! I posted this review on yelp but I remembered not everyone used yelp lol. So I’ll just copy and paste this here… The service here was absolutely terrible. None of them seemed to even have a dress code?! I've visited a different location and they wore aprons, hats, and other appropriate attire. This place had an older looking lady walking around with no apron or hat while making items.That has to be a health code violation regardless of her hair being short. The employee was extremely rude along with the other employees when I have visited another time. The place on the inside looked absolutely filthy and I will certainly not be visiting anytime soon. By the time I had received my ice cream the cone was tilted and melting. The food barely looked edible and it was quite pricey for what I got. This place seems to be run by a bunch of teenage girls. Be careful what you order...feel free to try the place if you'd like, but better safe than sorry with fast food....

I recently visited Twistee treat Homosassa and had the pleasure of being served by Isaiah. Let me tell you, he was fantastic! Not only did he have a contagious smile, but he was incredibly attentive and made sure my family and I had the most enjoyable experience.

Isaiah went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our orders and even recommended some of the shop's most popular flavors. He was patient with our indecisiveness and was happy to answer any questions we had about the menu.

The ice cream itself was delicious and definitely hit the spot on a hot summer day. The variety of flavors and toppings made it hard to choose, but with Isaiah's helpful suggestions, we ended up with the perfect combinations.

Overall, our visit to Twistee treat Homosassa was made even more memorable thanks to Isaiah's exceptional service. We left with big smiles on our faces and will definitely be returning customers. Thank you, Isaiah, for making our visit...
