Aesthetically the building is pretty. A there. However logistically trying to check out is a nightmare that wasn't thought out at all...all 20 or so chairs are full of patients...there is a line of people from the check in/check out counter..stretched all the way outside...meaning a single file line from the counter..15 or so people back..while the front door is held open...it's a mess. As you leave you're trying to figure out where to go in order to check out...because the same place you check out is the same place you check in...I literally had to go outside to the front in terms of where the line started...then had to wait for 17 people ahead of me to check in...and then I could check out! Was kind of unbelievable...their overbooking patients..in a space that doesn't allow for it...it's kind of like putting 11 people in a Honda Civic..!? Doesn't work..right? Same principal here...to the higher ups...you underestimated severely on the number of patients that require services here ..either build a bigger building or stop overbooking and overlapping patients 1-2 minutes apart..also I'm pretty sure with the front door held open is a HIPPA violation as well. Creates an unsanitary environment while patients have to hold the front door because the line is so long due to not having a separate check in and check out window. Also I'm pretty sure their shouldn't be a tube of Surgical Gel and equipment exposed in a medical room where they see patients. See pics below...also...it was very hectic and racey when you get to the back ..almost as if Adderall was handed out like candy..the staff moves 91 mph ..around a predominantly older...
Read moreI got a call from someone to make an appt, as I was referred here by my primary care. The lady on the phone begin to tell me I had an outstanding balance from when they seen me in the hospital back in 06/2020. I told the lady on the phone I had insurance at the time of being seen so there should be no reason why it wasn’t nor hasn’t already been billed to the insurance company. She told me she would have her billing manger look to see when or if I was effective at the time. Not even 1 minute later she’s back on the phone trying to tell me I wasn’t effective until 06/2022, which I knew was wrong because I was pregnant with my son from 10- 21 to 06/2022 and was seeing my ob with no problems because my insurance was effective. So of course I called my insurance company and was told my insurance was effective at the time of being seen. I then called back and spoke to the billing department, and the lady I spoke to was able to see, that I WAS effective at the time of being seen. So how come the billing MANAGER couldn’t see that, unless the lady never actually had her check and just told me she did. I will be informing my insurance company or whoever I need to inform that you guys were and are trying to commit fraud. Not to mention the lady I spoke to about an appointment was very rude and only concerned about...
Read moreI made an appointment with this clinic because of liver issues with Dr. Anil Ram. He ran some tests and procedures and found several other issues I was unaware of. He explained everything in detail and began treatments. An upper GI was one of the procedures because I was having issues swallowing. The staff was very friendly and the procedure went well. I must say that my experience with Dr. Ram and the Associates has so far been awesome. Dr Ram also personally called me to inform me of my liver scan results which he knew was a big concern to me. What a great Doctor. Update: I had a colonoscopy done last week and it also went real well. The upper GI revealed a bacterial infection (h. pylori) which can cause ulcers and stomach cancer. He started me on 3 different anti bodies and successfully got rid of it. My follow up nurse was Lauren Shaw PA, and was also excellent in explaining to me the procedures and results. 5 stars for all of them! Personally, I want to know everything about what my health issues are and the treatments available and go online to research these things. Dr Ram...
