One star down due to there being a new computerized checkout system that started today and the expectation of two stylists working alone having to figure out what seemed to be a non-user friendly system. For every transaction, they had to stop what they were doing to FaceTime another employee for help ringing someone up. Another customer wanted to purchase hair products with his service (so 20% off) and they had so much trouble they ended up asking him to come back the following day. This location had sufficient walk-ins as it is in a busy shopping center that they need a receptionist. The two stylists literally have to stop cutting their client’s hair to answer the phones and apologize for the delay in ringing each transaction that I felt sorry for them. Read moreMade an appointment by phone for 11:40am the day before. Walked in at 11:42am for my appointment, and there were two stylists mid-way with two customers’ haircuts. The stylist that walked up to me didn’t acknowledge they were running behind or that I had an appointment. My stylist started my appointment at 12pm and told me she didn’t know if I had an appointment. When I expressed that they didn’t acknowledge my appointment, both stylists said they always run late, that’s just how it is. They never apologized or acknowledged they started me late. Then, at the end of my haircut, the stylist blow dried my wavy hair without any product in it. Anyone with long naturally wavy hair knows you don’t just blow dry it, let alone brush it. Read moreI literally just sat here as a walk in for an hour and half before I decided to try to book an appointment online. First available was another 45 min wait but I made the appointment anyways. I went next door and got some food and came back with 20 min left to my appointment time. That time came and left. My 5:15 appointment never got addressed it’s now 5:45 and I my kids were getting restless so I had to leave. What beats me is how come the poor people the more staff got off work? Y’all need help in your scheduling department.
