One star only because you have to. Tried to not bother anyone and find what I was looking for on my own. However not successful, so I go to get help. Explain to Sherry what i was looking for and she was so sure she didn't have anymore. Had I not been persistent, (only because another helpful employee from Trussville explained that each store can easily find items if they know what you need) I would have left without what I needed. So my daughter goes to the car get the item (and mind you Sherry is complaining to me at this time about how it is not easy to find items because they have to key the item in and it is not easy to do nor is it easy to do inventory and that I should call corporate and ask for scanners so they can do things quicker) as my daughter walks through the door with the item. She insist they didnt have any more. So I asked if you have any tell me where in the store can I find them she then tells me to look on the last three isles on the left after the christmas trees. Low and behold Sherry is sitting on a gold mine. I should have went there first and would have save me three trips to three different stores but at this time I only need three more of the items so I got my three and moved on. Please, please please. If you dont want to work, call in, don't come, or quit but don't give customers unsatisfactory service because you don't want to do your job. Hobby Lobby is this a reflection of your standards or is this Sherry doing her...

This is a great Hobby Lobby location, for all the reasons that Hobby Lobby is a great store. When you come here seeking decorations or crafts etc, it always feels like home. From the staff greeting you and being pleasant, to the smells of some good potpourri somewhere :) Anyway, I love how EVERYTHING in the store is either on sale this week, or next week. The sales literally alternate every other week for everything in the store! ALSO, you're able to simply Google a coupon each and every week and there's another 40% right there!! How's this company still in business?? Because everything about it is great! Even like that it's a Faith organization and similar to Chick Fil A, isn't open on sundays. The notices on the door even says "Closed Sundays to Allow Employees Time for Family and Worship" Awesome!!
My last visit, I was having a massive photo framed. The person helping me appeared to be quite young (imo) but definitely very professional and amazing at what she does. Not only was I able to use my discounting I've already mentioned, she didn't even charge me for a portion of the services and said not to worry about it. Customer service is so...
Read moreSo here it is one week since I last shopped at Hobby Lobby. Without fail the front end manager âSherryâ has not failed to disappoint once again. There were two lines we were all standing clearly in the two lines. Sherry walks up to us and tells us we need to make two lines. I asked the ladies standing in front of me, arenât we in two lines, they said that she must want you to move over to the other line. Not sure why Sherry couldnât have just asked kindly, would you mind moving over to the other line? I was purchasing an acacia wood bowl. It was the only one. There was a chip on the top rim. Asked if we could do a small discount. Sherry said no. Itâs supposed to be distressed. Distressed is one thing, an actual chip is another. Sherry is some sort of front end manager but she has NO!!! customer skills. Iâm beginning to ask myself why do I continue to shop here and allow myself to be treated this way and give our hard money to an establishment that will allow employees to treat customers that way. I really wish they had not changed ownership. Such a same!!!! Such a...
