We originally had our tv mounted in our previous apartment and everything was a breeze. However when we moved and had to get our tv disconnected and re-mounted there has been some scheduling issues. We were told they would be out on a Tuesday to come disconnect and re-mount, no show, no call, nothing. Called to reschedule and they said they'd be able to come out the next day. Never came, this continued for the rest of the week up until Friday when they didn't show AGAIN. Talked with them on Friday to reschedule and was told they wouldn't be able to get to it until Thursday. That's more than a week from the original date it was supposed to be done. Had the appointment set at 3 because we would both be either at work or school and would not be available. After my girlfriend returned from class today around 1 pm there was a note on the door explaining that they showed up at noon, that's 3 hours early. At this point nobody has made an effort to assure us that this service would actually ever be performed. Called today after seeing the note only to be told. "we cannot control when our techs finish one job and move to the other". There should have been no reason for them to show up 3 hours early and tell us it's our fault they couldn't do it because we weren't home when we had clearly explained that we wouldn't be home. I understand being busy but after scheduling 3-4 appointments and giving excuses as to why you never showed up is just plain bad customer service. No respect for the customers time, something I honestly did not expect for such an easy job from a...
Read moreI really wish we had never had these guys mount our TV. I called them because they had good google reviews, but the job was terrible.
I specifically asked if they could mount on plaster walls and they said yes. Gavin shows up for the quote and says they probably can, but we’ll have to use wire casings that “you’ll barely even notice.”
Then another guy comes over to mount the TV. Not only are the wire casings huge and really noticeable, but the guy just ran them horizontally across the open wall. It was hideous - l can’t imagine a person thinking that is acceptable. I asked him to redo it, which he did. But this time he screwed the casings into the trim around our mantle and made no effort to hide his work.
We’ve since had to rip down the wiring, and surprise surprise those ugly ass wire casings ruined our walls. The screw holes didn’t help either, and we’re going to have to repaint all of our trim.
Overall a terrible experience. They can probably install a wall mount just fine - that part seems to work - but don’t trust them when they tell you they can do more subtle work. I get fussed at for their crappy job at least once a week. Save yourself the headache and all the money you’ll spend ripping down and covering...
Read moreGreat job! Great People!! My friends/neighbors recommended We Mount TVs to me and I’m so glad they did. One friend, who is very particular, told me if Gavin recommends a height or placement to go with it because she nixed his recommendations only to realize she was wrong and he had to come back to fix it. She also strongly suggested the Bose sound bar which sounded great on her television. I followed her advice and am glad I did because it turned out perfectly. Gavin is extremely professional and knowledgeable and assures the job is done correctly and to his high standards. He evaluated the television placement over my fireplace, made recommendations, gave me an estimate, and scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. Gavin and Tim arrived on time. They were professional and personable. They did a great job of mounting the television and components, hiding all ugly cords, and cleaning up afterwards. Their prices are very reasonable and they followed up to assure I was happy with their service…which I am. I will definitely...
