Very disappointing experience.I was so excited to try it and couldn't have been more dissatisfied. It began with our server being rude to my 22 year old daughter and telling her that she looked super young and offered her a coke before she had a chance to say her drink order. You should never assume someone's age and to offer her a coke in that manner was just being condescending. There were better ways to handle that if she thought my daughter was underage. Then it took 45 minutes to receive our food and when we did it was totally not worth the wait or the price.The food was cold, unappealing, and did not taste anywhere near what we had hoped for based on other reviews. As we were leaving one of the people that worked there told us that one of the kitchen staff had walked out tonight so there was only one person in the kitchen and that it was their worst night. I agree not the best night to be a customer...

On my last visit, I tried the special of the week, the Reuben, and it was nothing short of fantastic. I even told them it needs to make regular appearances on the menu! Their drink selection is impressive, with a great variety of beer and wine, plus a spectacular retail section offering all kinds of unique and high-quality options from across the globe.

In addition to their dine-in menu, they offer an amazing take-and-bake section. Our family favorite is the Knox Square Chicken. It's incredibly convenient to heat up and unbelievably delicious.
