I was referred to Chester Jewelry by a friend to repair my mother's ring which has split in the back and become unsautered. I was pleasantly surprised to find out this was a family and black owned business!! The owner answered all my questions and understood the sentimental value of my mother's ring. She is 86 years old and my father passed in 2020 and she wanted her ring repaired to wear again. They were married 50 years and 10months. A true love story! He also repaired my sisters wedding set which has become unsautered as well. Both sets repaired, cleaned, diamonds reset and they looked amazing!! I will recommend this business to anyone! I needed to have my daughters necklace repaired that had been broken. My first idea was go to the mall to have it repaired. After searching Google I found this jewelry shop, I took the necklace and my ring(pictured) into the shop. Daryl was so friendly and assured me the necklace could be repaired no problem. While there I asked if the could remove stones from my mother's ring and replace them with 2 new stones, he assured me that was an easy fix they also made my ring look brand new. My repairs were complete in just a few days and im pretty sure I saved money going to them instead of the mall. I was immediately greeted as soon as I walked in. I needed to have a watch battery replaced for a watch my husband's mother gave to him almost 20 years ago.
