New to the area, looked up vape shops close to me this one had stellar reviews decided to check it out. I went twice, both times, two separate girls, both were rude. I came in polite still left polite. The random rudeness to someone being polite was just an uncomfortable experience. Came in tonight and they were a little busy. Kim acknowledged me immediately and said she'd be right with me. When she got to me she kept apologizing for my wait but thanked me for being patient. She was very friendly but most importantly she was very knowledgeable about the vapes. I wasn't sure which one I wanted and she even recommended a few.
