This place is supposed to be the nicest around, but the staff here are unbelievable. The guy with glasses, gray hair, and a hunchback made my wife and daughter extremely uncomfortable with inappropriate comments about how to suck on candy to my 6-year-old. Clearly, there’s something seriously wrong with him. My wife didn't ask for his name, just got out of there as fast as she could. Had she told me while we were still there, things would have ended very differently. The produce person needs serious retraining. I asked why all the avocados were soft, and he assured me they were just really ripe but green inside. However, when we got back to our rental, every single one was brown/black. A 20-minute car ride didn’t cause that. Seabrook is supposed to be a vacation town, so we thought it would be a great place for a mini-vacation. We rented a house to save some money compared to staying in Seabrook rentals, it was half the price and just as nice. We live only an hour away, but every place we’ve been to here has given us horrible experiences, and this place is the worst. This is definitely the last time I visit Seabrook or this establishment. The bigger bald guy is a hot head and clearly doesn’t know how to keep conversations between coworkers quiet. I’d be embarrassed if someone talked to me like that for a place full of people to see. It’s a grocery store not the military. Pics of the avos

A wonderful grocery store that is much needed in this community. It was light and airy inside with a great selection at realistic prices. There is an upstairs but I don't know if they plan on opening that in the future as of now it is staff only but I suspected it holds more items. The market is a 5-minute walk for most people that live in the town and should sustain their needs. As such the other little market/store in town has closed. There is a public bathroom should you need it and that you have a deli serving fresh prepared foods.

Fresh Foods Market is an exceptional experience for both groceries and hot food. The variety of hot food from the market is a real treat and you can find everything you need in terms of groceries right here in Seabrook/Pacific Beach now.

We’ve been vacationing to Seabrook for 10 years. The Market is a great addition to what use to be here though still on the pricier side. We’re thankful there’s grocer with a larger variety of offerings too.

This morning we made some returns of unopened items or items we had purchased but then found already in the home. I was approached rather rudely by Brian(?) wanting to know what was going on and I said I needed to make a return. He promptly stares at me and says WHY? He was clearly annoyed. He wanted to know if I had the receipt (to which I showed him was in the bag) and he proceeds to toss out anything cold onto the counter while dramatically stating “I can’t do anything with this. Trash. Trash. Trash.” And remarks under his breath AT me, “WOW you found this ALL in the home?” I stated that he/they are making it out to be strange to be doing a return of unopened & unused items and he didn’t reply. Unclear why I was given so much attitude, it was a simple return. We have always had really kind interactions with everyone at The Market, but this was...

Nice 2 story grocery store. Very friendly staff. They have a nice selection of wines. A good meat department, nice selection of local foods. In fact, some things I haven't found in many grocery stores and was thrilled to find. Like the delicious French Marin Breakfast Brie, and champagne vinegar that I use in my salad dressings. The only issue is on Saturday they have a Farmers/Crafters Market in the street right in front of the store and parking is atrocious. So didn't want to buy too much because I had to carry it all back to my vehicle down a side street around the corner. I would stop in again when in the area for sure. One thing is that when you're walking up the stairs you get blasted from heat coming off the coolers below. When it's hot and you're climbing stairs not the greatest feeling. Other than that...
