I went here Saturday and Sunday mornings while staying in Seabrook. (I wanted to try the coffee at the market on one of the mornings, just to try both, but the market was not open yet, even though it should have been (according to the hours listed), and I got impatient 😂) They had it set up such that you ordered at one window and picked up at another window, with the option to sit inside after you picked up your order. On Saturday morning, this was fine and even fun to stand outside and talk with other people (the people-to-dog ratio was roughly 2:1, with a goldendoodle-to-other breeds ratio of 5:1). On Sunday morning, however, it was raining, so it was less ideal. Still, there was a line, and many people were ordering pastries to go, so I recommend getting there early if you want to get multiple pastries because it seems like they sell out quickly. I really liked the coffee, but my husband was less impressed. I also ordered a nonfat mocha, but they did not have nonfat milk. So, I can't accurately rate the mocha because it was too much milk fat for my taste. The inside was really clean and spacious and nice for sitting and enjoying the morning. They also had a couple tables outside. I had to try the cruffin because everybody talked about it, and unlike pretty much anything that everybody says is amazing, it actually lived up to the hype. After getting on here and reading that someone else got a s'mores cruffin, I will go back next time I'm in the area to see if they have any other special varieties. When I was there, they only had the sugar-coated kind, but it was sooooo good. Later in the day, I got an order of pickles to try, and I also recommend them. They were sweet and salty with a bit of a kick. Definitely go here if you are in town!

This place was pretty good, until they reopened with a bigger facility. You can expect to repeat your order 3-4 times because the staff is not paying attention. The coffee is terrible (sure this is a bakery, but coffee in the morning is a big draw for this kind of place). Their baked goods just aren't great anymore either. The croissants are flakey, but if you get one with filling expect there to really not be filling. It's just a tiny smidge on the edge to look like filling, and its overall undersalted and a bit bland. The biscuit and cookies taste a bit metallic like there is too much leavening and not enough acid to cut the after taste. Overall there are no other options in town for baked goods. So they are passable - but we usually end up taking 2-3 bites and giving the rest to the dogs because it's not worth the calories. Fine to check out if you are in walking distance, but don't make a special trip out there for it.

Wanted to love this bakery/coffee shop….. matter of fact, I chose our 4 night rental cottage based on its great location to this coffee shop. Got in line my first morning only to overhear the barista arguing with the customer in front of me. When it was my turn to order, I said “good morning”, and the barista responded with “what do you want?”, she was clearly disgruntled, so I promptly ordered, and she immediately responded rudely with “I don’t have that” (it was a 16oz non-fat mocha) she then repeated, ”so what do you want?” I was so shocked at her tone, that I said, “never mind, I don’t want coffee anymore & I walked away. As I walked away, the woman behind me, who overheard it all, said “ I’m so sorry you were treated like that and I think I’ll skip this place as well” and walked away too. It was unfortunate because I so wanted to enjoy this place and I certainly can understand a barista being overwhelmed, but this went so far beyond that. Shortly after that, I saw her get in her car (with the rusted hood) and leave, so hopefully someone suggested she go home for the...

We are staying at the cottage right next to this coffee/bakeshop and our assigned parking spot keeps being taken by one of the female employee. We had to park at another cottage spot and walk all of our things a little distance from the cottage. Every time we left ,the employee would move her car there. Rude customer service. A bit surprised by all these good reviews.. Everything in this Seabrook town has been great except Vista bakeshop. To respond to the owner, your female employee had gotten into a argument with a customer this past Friday then took her frustration out on my wife. They also on Thursday gave us 2 coffees instead of 3 and visibly showed us their disgust with us when this was pointed out. The sign that you have next to the cottage about parking was moved by your staff so it sits kinda in the middle of bakery parking and cottage parking when it should just be sitting on your bakery spot alone. That's a bit shady. Would not say that the staff is smiley and welcoming. We decided to just drive 25 minutes away to get coffee. It cost...
