I’m very displeased with the work that was completed on my daughter-in-law’s ring. There was a diamond missing so i left the ring to be fixed. When I picked it up Fay wanted to charge more than originally quoted and asked me to make the check out to her instead of the business. A while later a diamond fell out again so I took it back and it was repaired again. Another diamond fell out so I spoke to Brad to see what could be done to prevent more stones from falling out. He said two stones are loose and all prongs need to be built up. He quoted $265.00. I left the ring and went back when it was completed. Faye asked me to make my check out to her personally and not the business so I did. Two days later two stones fell out. Took it back and they fixed it at no charge. Another stone has fell out. All of this within a couple of months time. I have asked for a refund because if the prongs were built up like stated the stones shouldn’t be falling out. Brad said it must be a faulty ring and refused a refund. I will never go back. We took the ring to another jeweler and 12 of the prongs are damaged and multiple...

Brad and Faye Climber are the owners. Both very knowledgeable with years of experience and couldn’t have been more helpful. I had some repairs done there and left other pieces for repair as well as left jewels for design and setting. He polished several diamond rings as well as gold bands and they look brand new! Update: I just picked up my jewelry designed by Brad. Black opals from Australia were designed and set as earrings and they are gorgeous. Brad set two amethysts I had as companion earrings for my amethyst pendant and did the same for my topaz pendant! Now I have two beautiful sets! I gave a 1 only because I couldn’t give a lower score. After they resized a ring (and charged me accordingly) I had stones to fall out. I tool it back and Brad described what needed to be done to repair it. He made the repairs and charged an additional fee of $265. 2 days after having the ring back, additional stones fell out AGAIN. In addition, Fay asked to make the check payable to her NOT Sonny’s setting. Brad and Faye do not stand behind their work. Without even looking at the ring again, Brad said the ring is defective.
