ChapelRidge Apartments — Local services in Hot Springs

These apartments are disgusting. Within months there have been issues with bed bugs and heard that other tenants have been having the same issue.

These were "ok" apartments. I do not suggest getting an upstairs apartment if you have children. The only plus was the storage space and location. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. I have lived at Chapel Ridge for 5+ years. No major problems for me. The staff is great. Maintenance issues have always been addressed immediately. I have not had any issues with any residents. I pretty much mind my own business! Living in an apartment, you will have to keep in mind that you have close neighbors and a shared respect for each other's privacy.
