   Read moreBad Experience! Called 2/7/25 Booked with Andrew, a couples massage for our Birthdays and Valentine's Day weekend get away for Saturday 15th @ 6. Drive 3 plus hours from home to get here. Called SR at 1:45 today (2/15) spoke with a lady there and verified we would be there at 6. Was hoping maybe to be worked in earlier as other plans due to rain changed. Nothing early so we hung out for 4 hours waiting, to walk in at our Appt Time to be told we had to wait 20 Minutes before they could start. Seconds later the guy returns and ask how long we want. I said I booked an hour thats what we want. And he says they have a 7 PM appt coming in so can’t do an hour for us. Plus the place smelled of pot! The parking was horrible. So it’s a big NO STARS for us and will not go back. I had picked them online because they were fairly new and wanted to help their business since there so many other options but maybe next time should go with an established business who has years of experience. You actually have a sign that suggests people not only tip but tip upwards of 30%. If you do not pressure people to tip as you claim then you shouldn't have a sign up. So now I have rewritten this review because I need people to see that you have no interest in actually pleasing the customer or ensuring repeat business. The lady actually gave me a major attitude because i only tipped 10$.. It took me several weeks to save up the money to even spoil myself with a massage and so i barely had enough to cover the cost and included a tip and still got treated like i was awful so I would suggest if you dont plan on having a big tip then...
