The Cascades at Spring Street Apartments — Local services in Hot Springs

The pool never opens. It's just a tease to the children all summer long, every year. The gate has been broken for 4 months now, so anyone can come in and out.. no security at all. The grass NEVER gets mowed and I have seen 4 snakes in 3 weeks because the grass is so high. VERY DANGEROUS. When you call the office, they don't answer and won't call you back even when you leave voicemail. Worse place I have ever lived and cannot wait to move. Just so you know, everything is a lie. The pool, the gate, the whole place is a joke. Oh, and the "loft".. the community center STAYS LOCKED. we are supposed to be allowed to enjoy the game room, weight room.. etc. But they refuse to...

Maintenance was awesome today my icebox broke I called the landlord and she had Mr. Harvey come right over and fix it. Oh my, he was such a blessing today, my icebox is fixed, he is so awesome. Thanks to Mr. Harvey to save the day (lol) my ice cream started melting and he saved it (lol) so I could eat it frozen and cold, as we all know during hot days we need our icebox's (lol). Mr. Harvey is truly a good maintenance man. I really enjoy having him as maintenance. I went by about 3 1/2 hrs ago, to inquire about a rental and upon arriving I saw that the property wasn’t in good condition, so I changed my mind about renting there. I drove by about 2 weeks ago and couldn’t believe how nice the property looked. It looks so clean and maintained. Whomever is the property manager, they have done an excellent job on curb appeal and I noticed the buildings were painted and the whole complex looked amazing. Will definitely inquire on...
