It has taken me over a year to actually write this review because I believed in service improvement. The one star could be five if I was only writing in regards to the store manager. The store manager is outstanding. she goes above and beyond and speak to everyone. She keeps the store clean. She is also extremely attentive to your needs. The other two workers on bellfort and South Bank or a very rude. I will not say disrespectful. I will say very rude unprofessional and dismissive. I personally can say that I have been looked at as if I may steal something in or bring items back without a receipt or tag. I have overheard one of the workers say to watch her. I am at the store now. I was not greeted as others were when they come to store. The person ringing me up did not acknowledge me even when I came to the counter. They talk crazy to those that they think that they can talk crazy too. I guess I'm not doing too bad because they just don't say anything to me at all. The only reason I continue to come to this location is because of the convenience and I look forward to seeing the store manager when she is present displaying service excellence amongst all. The way you treat people would go a long way especially in customer service. And it's unfortunate because those whom do not practice professionalism, service excellence and effective communication amongst their customers will never make it as a store manager unless they open their own company and running how they want to run it. This review have been a long time coming. When corporate comes I have seen how they straighten up and greet everybody. These individuals block parking spots and park front and center instead of along customers to park front and center. The cones may be for those that do run out of the store. However customers should be able to park directly in front of the door instead of workers holding the spot and entire shift. We have those are disabled and handicap. I'm sure this message will bring irritation and annoyance from those I am referring to. Do better. Every word I am saying is true. And I will still go...
Read moreI had made a few purchases there, and went to make a return the next day. The management was so disrespectful, had the worst attitude of anyone I've ever met. And then when I asked her associate coworker with her name was she wouldn't give it to me. This was the one off of belford. I usually truly absolutely love City Trends they got nice home decorations for cheap, they have 10 % layaway going on right now. But this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any store or restaurant that has such poor management it was so bad I even called Headquarters on her. People need to realize when they have a job you leave your problems or your personal life at the door. So I would definitely suggest going to another city trend if you like great...
Read moreI just left this citytrendz about 5 minutes ago. I went in with my mom and grandma to get some clothes to dress my uncle for his funeral and i went in with my service dog. I was told i had to get out of the store or show ids and put my dog on a leash (he was in my arms). In the state of Texas i do not have to show his service papers nor do i have to explain my medical conditions to the ladies in this establishment yet the little Spanish/black/ lightskin woman insisted that i left the store and then the other ladies joined in on the foolery. Very displeased and at 2 o clock in the afternoon they have racks and stock all in the floors but are focused on peoples medical conditions. I felt violated and insulted. A disgusting group of...
