This was beyond disappointing and disgusting. When I arrived to order I was met with the cashier (older lady with glasses, light skinned black lady working at night at 11:34) I pulled up to the drive thru and politely waited for 12 mins exactly. I then politely said hello five times and received no answer. I then proceeded to pull up to the window and she was there restocking the cups. I waited for another 6 additional minutes for her to finally acknowledge me with a mug. She then proceeds to turn around to continue her task of restocking the cups. She then walks away for another 10 minutes (disappearing without a trace) she then returns to FINALLY open the window and says and I quote “WHAT YOU WANt?” Me being patient and understanding also considering the fact that I do LOVE the franchise I present her with a kind attitude. I say “I would like to place an order please.” She goes “THE COOK WILL NOT TAKE YOUR ORDER, WE ONLY DO DRIVE THRU.” I said ma’am aren’t I not in the drive thru? I have money to pay I’m not understanding the confusion.” She then goes “The owner has plenty money, we not worried about that. We won’t take you order.” She then closes the window. This particular establishment is 24hours and to my understanding accepts American payment forms. I am highly discussed and I will be contacting corporate about this matter. Customer service is customer service, it doesn’t matter if you are working for The United States of America in the White House or a fine establishment fast food restaurant. There is no excuse to be a terrible person. What the fine lady didn’t realize is I work on the board for city hall of Houston Texas and I WILL be having a conversation with anyone possible to get her removed. Read moreRude service on almost every visit. Most of the time they are out of popular menu items. Take all forms of payment options if you choose to visit so as not to make a blank trip. Sometimes they accept cash only, sometimes card only, and sometimes they only accept orders via the JIB app. Total inconvenience and please don't look forward to pleasant customer service because the workers that we have encountered there have an attitude on their uniforms right under the name plates. Honestly when we go it's more so to get a free comedy show from the incompetent staff. Even the female manager who appears to be too tired to be at work at nights due to a long day at the beauty shop in her homegirl kitchen and then then a wait at a cheap ghetto fabulous nail shop could stand leadership training to help ensure that all customer interactions are positive and at minimum, pleasant! Food quality is hit or miss just like availability. I really hated to make this post but the consistency of below average experiences with this location made it a necessity to seek change. FAT LIVES/SNACK LIVES MATTER. I have literally seen customers orders be launched from the drive thru window into the car of the customer.(smh) Heated verbal exchanges/confrontations, and elongated wait times are part of the norm here. But because of where they are located they are the only spot for quick access to several residential communities which make it hard for some residents to go elsewhere simply out of drive time and other fast food restaurants nearby having the same issues.
