Wish I could give this place 0 stars they are scammers!!!! Beware of this place please!!!! I purchased some furniture on a Friday and the worker said part of it was going to be ready on Saturday....we showed up between 3-3:30 and it was closed. We went Sunday and also closed. I went on Monday and it was closed!!! Thank God my bank was able to reverse the payment! They also gave me a false e-mail! If you go to their website you'll note that there's no customer service info anywhere! They never answer the phone so people please be aware of this place! Wow now you wanna respond huh? Well he's a liar my husband was with me when your worker said our queen bed was gonna be ready "tomorrow" which was Saturday. You can either change your business hours or get more responsible employees I was there today 11-15-21 at 10 a.m. so what do you have to say about that? Why don't you have a customer service number? Went to the store in the beginning of July, July 2nd to be exact. Told me it’ll be a few days for me to receive the merchandise due to 4th of July. When they guys came with the merchandise I was missing a table they said it’ll be a few days til it come, once the table arrived the guys ended up BREAKING IT BEFORE I COULD RECEIVE IT! Talked to someone at store they told me they will ACCOMMODATE ME & THAT THE TABLE WILL BE HERE AT THE END OF AUGUST so here’s AUGUST and they don’t have any record of the table being broke or placing a order in the beginning of July for a table. BEWARE!! They have nice furniture but the costumer service is at an all time low. I found this place and put a down payment down for a table set. I called back 2 weeks later to tell him I was about to pick it up. He said okay. I drive a hour away and get there at 10:15am, they are supposed to open at 10am. No one pulled up to the business until 11:30am and he sent his girlfriend that didn’t know anything just for them to tell me that THEY SOLD MY TABLES! I would’ve just appreciated it if they would’ve told me they sold them before making the drive and sitting and waiting for over an hour. They had zero remorse or anything. Please don’t waste...
