I recently purchased an ice machine and sandwich prep unit from The Horeca for my new restaurant, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service I received from Adam Ryan. From the start, Adam took the time to explain the product specifications in detail and helped me compare different models so I could make the right choice for my business.

What truly stood out was his support after the sale. When one of the products broke down just three days after installation, Adam answered my call on the weekend—his day off—and immediately took action. He contacted the brand owner directly and arranged for the repair. Thanks to him, everything was up and running again in no time.

Adam is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly dedicated. If you’re looking to buy equipment from The Horeca, Adam is the person you want to talk to. He’s awesome to work with and genuinely cares about helping his customers succeed.

Absolute worst customer service EVER! I have been waiting 2 months now and still have not received a refund for a GE AC wall unit that they could not provide. I have spoken to countless people at both the Houston store, where it is rare that anyone ever answers the phone, and you cannot leave voicemail. When calling g the 866 number you are told the same thing over and over and over again and you never receive any resolution. I went to this store because I prefer supporting small local business versus the "Big Box" stores. Ultimately I had to go to Lowes to find an AC. When I finish writing this review, I am calling my CC company to see what they can do about reversing the charge. This reeks of Fraudulent Business practices. Had I not gone back through my CC statements, I would have never known. Now to get a refund it appears I have to go back to the store. Mind you this purchase was made, and cancelled, in July. It is now September....

Wow, what an awesome experience! We just got our new refrigerator delivered, and it's perfect. A huge shoutout to Rebecca, the logistics coordinator at Horecastore.
