Happy Fast Food — Restaurant in Houston

I ordered the 2 fish 8 shrimp and fries. Only thing good flavor wise was the shrimp. The fish were fried hard af and the fries has no form of salt or seasoning on them they were also over cooked.

My boyfriend ordered the sweet & sour chicken w/ fried rice. The rice was beyond bland he said he taste like it was cooked 3 days ago and just re heated to be served. The chicken was indescribably bad.

Now when I ordered. I was given the wrong order. I had to drive 15 min back to get the correct order. They allowed us to keep the order of spicy chicken and fries. The spicy chicken is GREAT! good flavor a great balance of spices but again the fries super bland no salt no pepper, and over cooked. So they’re hard. I understand why they are open and have a 4 star rating because it’s close to a lot of low income apartments and families. The mall has way better Chinese fast food by far tho.

I will not be back. I only came to try. Because about 2 years ago my mom had got fried fish from here and I tried it and it was good. But it was not the same fish I was served here today. Super...

Do not come here if you want a little bit of decent customer service. First the cashier accuses me of being the wife of the man that ordered egg foo yung and then told all the customers that she had a bad attitude (which she does) and not to come back here, but she kept asking me if I was her I kept saying no I just moved here as if that lady was the only wife of a man that eats egg foo yung..The cashier looks like her face will crack if she smiles and seems really agitated and irritated that I'm in her restaurant spending my money..I sit down to wait on my food she begins a screaming match with a call in customer on the phone and then slammed the phone down and hung up on her..never seen anything like that in my life..i'm certain she spit in that customer food!! I ordered porkchop and shrimp fried rice the porkchop was harder than bricks and I do mean harder than I had to argue with the people to give me something else finally they gave me some wings I will not revist. Tip to the cook if you coat the porkchop with flour and then fry them I promise you they will come out better you just can't fry them like you fry chicken. The killer part was that the cook told me to take them home and add a sauce or gravy to them. I don't buy food at restaurants to bring home and recook they we awful I wouldn't even have given them to a homeless person...
