I’ve been running my catering business out of Lit Kitchen and its predecessor for the past 3 years. Linda and Ronnie took over about a year ago and let me tell you, things started changing and evolving at a lightning pace. The space was decent before, they are in the process of turning it into a state of the art shared kitchen space. Every time I walk in there’s some modernization taking place. They both have years of restaurant business experience, and it shows. The changes have all made a lot of sense, which I appreciate since I’m still sort of a newbie to the restaurant scene.
