First of all, I would like to start this review by saying to anyone reading. Do not believe whatever corporate speak response. The owner's might give this review. I am giving a terrible review in every way. Shape and form. At first I am only going to reiterate what everyone else. Besides, who clearly must be friends or family or paid off reviews are saying which is you get screwed consistently on the utilities? When my mother and I lived there over 11 months ago I was paying roughly B1 to 200 extra on the rent every single month for utilities, which of course was not supposed to be done, and they would threaten to kick everyone out who would not pay what were clearly fraudulent charges, but they wouldn't. Evict, a lot of people because the scheme was to keep the money flowing. They don't pay the bills. The water gets shut off on a regular basis. I see, nothing has changed since I lived there. The apartment that we live in now is roughly the same price of the unofficially. 2 bedroom apartment that we rented at this establishment and to call it. That is an insult to the term. Establishment i see from more recent reviews that this joint, who used to be called the onyx. By the way, only a couple years ago. Is doing the water charges every 3 months, but they did used to charge every single month and they would put those charges on the portal to try to make it fake official. Even though the 2 of us are blind, we can clearly attest to the very bad roach problem that they do have, it doesn't matter how clean you keep your unit in. You will hear them crawling over your stove. At night, and it sounds like tinking on tinfoil. If you left your coffee cup out with a bit of coffee residue in the bottom, there'd be 2 or 3 dead ones in there by morning. We were using some pretty strong spray, and it was only enough to keep it somewhat manageable. And then it got progressively worse. To where the spray was not working, we stayed in unit 608 thank God We only had one running with either a mouse or a rat, but we always saw in the reviews that that was a problem there and we would always hear something running on the ceiling which we figured must have been roof rats, because there is no 3rd floor and we lived on the 2nd floor. The critter chewed his way into a box of oatmeal that we had gotten from Sam's so a huge quantity of good food had to get thrown out because the hole was clearly chewed in the top of the box and through the bag. And I will state again that we were incredibly lucky in that area, we only had now that I remember one more instance where some lasagna noodles were chewed, but other than that, we didn't have any chewed food. Concerning the roaches, they would routine end up in one of our beers, so you'd have to spit the roach out in hindsight. She not have continued drinking. But hell beer is expensive nowadays? What was heartbreaking to the both of us was that there were families there with small kids. No small children should have to live in a home and I use that word in a very disrespectful manner for that place. Please excuse my righteous indignation. I mean, to say it is just very sad. That any kids were exposed to that very unclean environment, often broken glass on the ground, everything in disrepair, the rats that other people could see the roaches in basically the whole complex I was only 2122 at the time. So I of course could understand but a small child cannot understand why it's permissible for a place to be that disgusting. We do not live in the third world and they run that place like it's in the third world. I imagine several countries somewhat have a better standard even than that for certain places. People live in that place clearly needs to be shut down and isn't, because somebody must be you doing certain favors on on someone else's body? Someone who is important someone who works with the city or state. I don't know, but bribes or sexual favors, or something is being exchanged. To keep this racket going the corrupt people who own this place have ruined many people's credit had to leave in...

October 2025 It has now been 3 days without running water and going on the 3rd month of no hot water yet my water bill is $242. I had a high water bill for September and was told it was a one time thing due to having to pay on past months. The thing is my water bill is always $100 for a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. The office ignores my calls and emails. Think twice before moving here they will not let you know of the issue until sign the lease.

May 2025 After being forced to sign a new lease or pay out of pocket over $700+ because they don't allow email 60 day notices although explained that my off day is Sunday and I get off at 6 . Before signing I was promised that my apartment would be I fixed these are damages that I moved into 2 yrs ago and filled out 2 checklist as well as a hole in my ceiling from last yr July hurricane.I had It take off vacation time to go to the office and call everyday for 2 weeks get help Jessica and Jennifer both are very rude nonchalant and could care less about the conditions of the apartment. Now they have attempted to over charge me $100 in June although my June rent was paid a week prior. When I asked why I was told by Jessica and Jennifer they both did not know then I spoke to the assistant manager who stated that it will take her some time to read over a ledger I also work for property management and it takes no more than 5 minutes to look over account but they simply did not want to help me. After calling for another 7 days and finding a letter on my door they finally stated stating that it's for no insurance for May and June. I paid $50 for June due to my insurance expiring May 31st but they refuse to give me a answer on why I'm being charged in For May and why was it added June 2nd there is no corporate number they will let the phone go straight to voicemail and not pick up for you they do not respond back they have ignored my emails or tell that someone in management will contact me back never received the phone call. please be aware of this apartment rats roaches trash everywhere horrible experience I'm so sad that I was forced to sign a new lease.This apartment is a big scam please think twice before moving here you will regret it they will scam you.

2024 review for No lights in 50% of my apartment . Spoke to multiple people last one being Jessica and made every excuse on to why my apartment is still without power since Sunday today is Friday Blaming me for not writing a letter why when I've called and put in a request on my portal. I've been calling the office since they opened Monday. I told her I won't be paying until my lights are back on when she decided to tell me one has nothing to do with the other. Very disrespectful staff. Issue after issue at this apartment complex. Water bill high do to nonstop flowing water at entrance you have to fight for you life to keep your apartment roach free. Dirty vacant apartments around the whole property. The reviews you see with five stars are fake reviews done by staff family...

This place was a nightmare from start to finish. I do not know how any of these apartments are even up to code. They are borderline unliveable. The cockroaches are everywhere. In the walls, electrical lines, pipes and counters. I called 3 weeks in a row to schedule pest control- each time I was told they are going to put me on the list only to callback next week, inform them nobody ever came out, and then be told that I was never added. There are 3 employees up there. I spoke to the same one everytime, how do you not remember me calling 3 weeks in a row? Furthermore I lived without water for 3 months. And- without hot water for almost the entire time I lived there. It was miserable. A/C broke on me 3 times, toilet leaked several times to the downstairs apartment and the maintenance turned around time was awful. Never got fixed properly the 5 times they were out there. Also, the over charging was insane. I lost so much money on hidden, or just made up fees while I lived here. They towed my car a total of 10 times. That is $300 every single time. Insane. The office staff is the worst offender here. This oversized lady, can’t recall her name but you’ll know her when you see her, is among the worst. When I moved out and was overcharged for cleaning and “late” fees I had the worst experience dealing with her. Condescending, nasty and disrespectful. You can tell she takes pleasure putting down the tenants who live there. She knows that they can’t afford better. The power she gets telling people they are stuck with a bill they can’t afford it’s in humane. I watched a mother and her son beg her for help when their apartment got broken in to and their door was broken down in the process. She didnt want to go back until a new door was installed and the office lady told her she didn’t care and that she’d have to wait a day. How can you tell a resident to go a day without her front door after she was robbed? Insane. Overall I think you’d be better anywhere else. I beg you not to stay here. I’ll always be haunted by my experience...
