Constance Connier, lady in charge, is horrible at her job. She had me wait an hour before a second employee approached me and said the Tree Box was full and I would not be able to dump today. I asked why I hadn’t been turned around until now and simply skipped by the coordinator. He said he didn’t know. I approached Constance and asked why I was made to wait and she neglected to communicate with me. She said I should have figured it out when folks behind me were asked to turn around and I should have known from the orange cones in front of the box. I explained that other folks with furniture had also been turned around and not just green waste. And the cones around the box looked to be there for safety and not an indication of it being full. If I could give less than one star I would. The Jav Mo guy saying that people complaining about their service need to spend a month in their shoes is total bull. Because their job is hard or stressful or whatever it may be does not make it right to treat a person going there like garbage. Went there today with 2 black people working there, dont even want to go into details as to not make this a whole essay but we were treated, us hispanics, with total disrespect. I had a lot of material from fixing up the house from the flood. All I had was sheetrock big pieces and wood, siding, old felt paper. I had most of the sheetrock on the bottom of the load. The young heavyset lady told me that my load is loose and that I can not dump my load unless I broke down the sheetrock down and placed it in bags. We left and went back to the house an unloaded everything and put the sheetrock in bags. We went back up there which was May 12th 2018 and we were able to dump our load.
