Subway — Restaurant in Houston

Went by this morning to get some breakfast and although the hours show them to open at 0700 (....and the sandwich items WERE set out and ready) the lights were still off. Was then told by the employee on duty, who popped out of the back just quick enough to say, before immediately disappearing again, they don't open until 0830 (which seemed like an odd time to me so checked the hours again and again noted it said they open at 0700). Considering they appear to be opening late and they had the products on hand and set up already, I was highly disappointed that there was zero effort made to provide and kind of service or even an acceptable excuse as to why service couldn't be provided. Side note...I arrived a full hour (0800) after they were supposed to be open so I wasnt about to wait another half hour for them to decide to service...

Long story short. Went inside try to order a sandwich and well they ask me for a mask, no problem went to my car put it on because they ask me to put it on. I ask the lady that told me to put my mask on. How come u serve the other guy and he wasnt wearing a mask? She reply. He has a mask. So i said I understand he does but he is not wearing it properly. If u gonna ask for a mask make sure that they are wearing them properly. It wasnt a big deal for me i just think its absurd that u goin to ask me but not the other guy to put his mask on properly. Poor customer service if u ask me. I work outside and sweat if i have a mask on i feel like i cant breath so sometimes i forget but if u work in the AC and u have an attitude. U just lost a...
