EZPAWN — Local services in Houston

I’ve been here a couple times and it’s usually a fine experience, however this last time I went a couple days ago, I was being helped by one of the ladies as I was on my phone and she was inputting info on the computer. All of a sudden another lady who works there (and I know she’s been there for a while and probably a manager because every time I go up there, she’s there) decided to randomly say to me “oh you must be hiding a baby under that hoodie” which really caught me off guard. She then proceeded to say “I can tell you pregnant cause ain’t no way your stomach would be poking like that.” I then responded “well what if I wasn’t pregnant then you just clearly offended me” and her response was “well you definitely pregnant” and from there I just ignored her. The lack of professionalism and common sense was not there. No one in their right mind would ever say such a thing like that. I was extremely offended because I am indeed NOT PREGNANT. I was wearing the hoodie because I was already self-conscious and then she went and made that comment when she doesn’t even know me. I was infuriated and angry and definitely wanted to retaliate on her and catch an attitude but I decided not to. No professional whatsoever and I am disgusted with how she portrayed herself to me. She definitely put her foot in her mouth on that one. Once I go get my AirPods back I will absolutely not be back to this...

Terrible costumer service they most definitely do not treat you with respect at this location I will not be going back to this EZ pawn whatsoever I had my children with me and they were being ugly towards an elderly man because he did not give them his money In their hand therefore the woman felt as though he was throwing It at her but he just simply put It on the counter which lots of people do but she got very rude with the elderly man and told him not to be throwing the money at her when he didn't even throw It at her In the first place and then they started being ugly towards me due to my I.D being expired, because I misplaced my up to date I.D so I'm only temporarily using my expired one and he could of kindly explained to me he could not accept It Instead he had an attitude about It and blew It out of proportion which caused others to stare at us and It made me very uncomfortable and upset which pretty much ruined my morning.. my kids had to witness this so I am upset...

Hello and good afternoon to all of my business associates at the EZ Pawn shop located at the corner of Mykawa and Griggs Rd.. I'm writing this review for the employees at this location. I recommend this location 110 percent for all your needs at a pawn shop. I have been doing business here nearly four years now and I've never had one bad experience. The employees here are always so very kind and respectful and do their best to assist you in any way they can. I do not write many reviews,good or bad. So as I've been prompted by Google to leave a review I decided to let the folks know out there in South Park that this place is the place to go for any of your pawn shop needs. Stay blessed my friends there at EZ Pawn and I will see you soon.....
