My tankless water heater broke during the Feb freeze. The part I needed to fix it was literally out of stock everywhere I called in the U.S... I called this location and George was awesome. He went above and beyond and called out of state stores they work with on my behalf looking for the part. Within 10 mins, he called me back and said they are mailing him the part ASAP. I would give this place 10 stars if I could, they saved me from having to wait 2-3 months to get the part directly from the manufacturer (who was out of stock).
