horrible services. My invitations are ugly. I specifically wrote down what I wanted on my invitation. Their response once I seen how horrible they were was, That they send them off and the company corrects the wording the proper way. I wanted & not and. But like & is unprofessional I got and. On top of that font was small. I specified myself I wanted it big. Girl said she can get it done... Yea right. Then She was like well we just found out that we can't request different wording and font size. Umm your running a business. You have to know all the rules and regulations from whom you are selling for.. Not only that, don't say something you know can't be done. I advise them to learn who they are making business with before selling. I am highly upset and will never, ever use this people again. They refuse to correct my invitations and asked to re order from them and pay again. No way.. Your mistake you should fix it. But their policy is no refunds or exchange....

They were so so nice! I got my dress from here and they were so helpful and talked to me like I’ve known them for years and they were just all amazing nothing wrong with them and they let you try on whatever you want, I was able to try on 5 for free, unlike other place's that make you spend 10$ up to 100$ to try on a dress, and most of the time it’s only 2 to 3 dresses you allowed to try on. And all the dresses have the most beautiful placement for the things on the dresses, I went to 8 other places and this was the last one and I’m so happy I found it cause it’s so so so beautiful. And I’m also a bigger girl and they got me a dress the was closet to my size so it made it even easier to choose my dress, can I’m not 100 pounds or under and they show that they don’t care how big or smaller you are, they try to help you in every way possible. Visited this store recently and I wish I could get a refund on the money I spend on gas to get here. It was a complete waste of time. The selección offered was that of cheap dresses, displayed poorly. They were wrinkly and some were so old they were dusty. I was looking for a popular higher end brand and the girl who greeted us proceeded to tell me that the brand I was looking for was a cheap brand , even though it’s one of the most popular higher end brands for Quinceañera dresses. The girl who tried to sell me was intent on selling me some of their dresses from the rack. They were very old and outdated dresses.If your looking for a quality dress and good service don’t go here.
