Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Houston

Despite of having to wait over 20 minutes for my order, they got it wrong. While ordering my food, I had to repeat myself several times. Upon discovering that my food was incorrect, they told me that I had to drive around and park to wait for my correct order. Umm, i don’t think so, I had practically already wasted 30 minutes, and I was not about to waste another minute there waiting for FAST FOOD. I asked for a refund and the manager was hesitant to give me a refund saying that only part of my order was wrong and she wasn’t going to refund the whole thing. I insisted on a full refund, and she stated that neither she or the other managers heard me saying what I ordered. I told her that I knew exactly what I said, and that if they would’ve all heard me they wouldn’t have asked me to repeat my order 4 or 5 times. She finally refunded my money, and I asked for a confirmation receipt saying I was getting my money back, she stated those are “legal” copies of the restaurant and that I needed to get “UP OUT HER DRIVE THRU.” I should’ve known not to go to this location, it’s never changed and...

If I could it be negative stars. To wait 15 minutes to take my order by drive-thru. Only to wait another 30+ minutes to make it to the window. May I remind you it was only one car in front of us and he only received one small bag. To finish it my order wasn't placed so it wasn't made. So I'm a patient guy but there's a limit to everything. Worst experience I've had with Jack in the box. Trust me there's been others that made me wait a bit but to wait that long and my order wasn't made. The excuse the employee gave me that their system was rebooting didn't make me believe her more like it was to much for them two to handle. Its obvious this place does not close at 2:00 am as it states here. Honestly I don't known what time they really close. On 03-14 at 10:15 pm I went to this location. I saw one car go through the drive thru. I get to speaker and nothing. I wait for 5 minutes and pull up to window. No one is there. I pull up a little further and see a young lady sitting in the lobby talking to someone behind the counter. For them to finally say we closed at 10:15 pm. This is the second time I went to this location for them to be closed during the posted hours of operation. The owner should really look into the night crew. Do you really need a clean shake machine that never is working during the night shift anyway or revenue from selling food to customers who choose to go to this location and not the one only 10 minutes away which I did on...
