I called, waited to talk to someone over 45 minutes, decided to call from the other phone, they answered in less than a minute. All of this was to get a package delivered that they had never attempted to deliver and was being held for pickup for no apparent reason. You tell me what kind of customer service they provide. Ridiculous!!! I believe this may be the rudest most disrespectful post office I have ever talked with. While I was on hold on 2 different occasions they mistake me for labor relations, the first person was a man he said hello Mr. Perry speaking, I said yes I mailed a package and I may need it redelivered, please hold. The next lady wrote down my tracking number and the recipients name and please hold. The next lady said Im sorry Mr. Perry isn't available, I said so are they going to be able to redeliver the package, she said oh I thought you were with labor relations, I said no, back on hold. Well the next lady says you were talking with Mr. Perry I said yes he answered but some other lady just stated he wasn't available to talk to labor relations, she said oh please hold. Then another lady says are you with labor relations, I said no, back on hold. The last person I talked with lied twice in a matter of ten minutes, first she said the package wasn't in house, when I told her I had tracked it she said please hold, she came back after 20 minutes and said your package arrived here after the trucks had left this morning it will be delivered tomorrow or Monday. I said so it is there in house she flipped out, and said how can I get you to better understand what I'm trying to tell you, I said well I'm trying to understand but at first you stated it wasn't in house then after I told you I had tracked, you stated the package it was in house, she said no the package is not in house it's on a truck but may not get delivered today. So I never figured out if the package was there or on a truck, or arrived after the trucks had left this morning, when I track the package it says it arrived at 10:15 and is available for pick up. But you never know what to believe when you can't get the simple truth out of a government worker. My local postal workers here in Ky are the kindest, most helpful, sweetest people you'll ever meet, they are always willing to help. Maybe the 5-6 people I talked to here in TX were just having a bad day, idk lord...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would like to leave no stars. This place needs to be shut down. They do not care about customers. Two things happened to me at a week apart. 1. Needed to mail out a letter, went there and asked for an envelope and lady said in a rude way that they didnt have any. How can the usps not have envelopes. Left without being able to send my letter out. 2. Went in today to ship back a package. Needed to buy the label and tape the bag closed. They couldnt provide me with the tape, said they didnt have any but i could clearly see the tape gun in a table behind the guy. Then goes to tell me that all packages need to be taped up before i go in there. Im a working citizen and dont have the tape needed to tape the bag shut so im thinking since usps is a shipping and receiving place then they could help me out with that but i guess not. Label, guy tells me that i need to write who im sending the package to and where its coming from on the bag itself. Correct me if im wrong but isnt that what the label is for. That is clearly whats on the label from when i received the package myself. I pointed this out and guy got mad and got rude by saying that that didnt matter i still had to physically write it down, which is stupid cause then it defeats the purpose of the shipping label. Just HORRIBLE, stay away. I know these are things I could have taken care of on my own but they should still have the materials needed to help out their customers if...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is the worst Post Office I've every had to encounter. I went there and first of all the female worker there was talking on her cell phone and she said the systems are down to come back in an hour. I had to tell her what I needed did not require the system to be up. She had her cap turned to the side, her badge turned backwards so you could not see her name. She was yawning and saying how hungry and sleepy she was. Her conversation on her phone was very dramatic and unruly. I have never seen anything like this in a government work place. Why don't they use the security cameras to monitor their employees. There was a male employee that came from the back to hand her something, but surely he could not have been a supervisor. This post office is unkept and dingy and the door inside the post office was halfway opened like it didn't close. This worker was not trained she looked and acted like she was intoxicated. A sober minded person would never act or look like this. Government employees should be able to assist the customers in a professional and...
