If you're looking to improve on your footwork and agility, I recommend this place. The staff is organized, friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced.
It includes a turfed section for drills and a weight lifting area, which includes but is not limited to squating/bench racks, dumbells, and curl bars. A big plus is that it is a 24-hour gym! It is handicap accessible with designated parking. Pricing varies upon package selection $$ and training sessions.
