Horrible customer service trying to return a defective item I used the item one time 7 days out of the 30 day return period. Manager Becky and assistant manager Lori were both rude and unwilling to help at all. Without calling me a liar Becky basically told (at least 5x) me I was not telling the truth and her assistant manager Lori would have never told me over the phone I could return an item. I had called ahead of time to assure I could return the item back to my original form of payment before I drove 45 min to the store. I reached out to customer service, the customer service rep and customer service supervisor both told me that Becky could have made an exception and honored the return if she wanted to. After filing my complaint and speaking to the district manager Chad, he willingly authorized the return in my original form of payment. He was very kind and professional. He apologized multiple times for the way I was treated, he also stated Becky should have and could have authorized the return in the store. He then went out of his way to arrange for me to handle the return at our local Coach non outlet store. Preventing me from having to drive 45 minutes and thankfully for me , I did not have to interact with Lori or Becky again. I called ahead after going to another Coach store where clearly I did not have the funds to be up in there šand their selection wasnāt even that greatš, so I headed over to the Coach outlet in Howell where I was hoping to stretch my budget & honey did I!! Ms Brenda answered the phone and immediately told me she was going to actually send pictures of what she had in the store right now and then I could decide whether or not it was worth the trip from Ann Arbor or if I should just return to Toledo empty handed, right then I knew me and Miss Brenda was gonna be bestiesšš½she sent over like 7 pics immediately and off to the outlet I wentš.
I love the selection of various colors and a great Clearance saleš„°. I was able to buy everyone on my list an Amazing gift and Brenda is so kind and patient and showing me various deals and making sure I got a great deal. Iām a customer service fiend and I love when people make me feel special, I tend to spend moreš¤£. Brenda stayed by my side and some kinda way was able to help others simultaneously šŖš¾thatās why she the manager I suppose. Apparently the Coach āsystemā couldnāt handle this transaction so the manager (Brenda) voided both gift cards which made them unusable and told us to call Customer Service. Let me understand this again - YOU made the error and now I own the issue? After spending an hour waiting for a solution we left with two (2) voided gift cards and a partial discount to make up for their error. I have never been treated so poorly. Coach is not a small company and should have stepped up to make up for THEIR error instead and frustrating the customer and wasting an hour of time while all other customers in the store had to also pay the price of longer lines to check out because she couldnāt provide a fair solution. ...
