I didn’t plan on stopping by on my way home from work until my grief sadness came out of nowhere and triggered a panic attack, I thought making something for my sister would help me feel better. Im so glad I stopped, because I can’t say enough great things about the customer service I experienced from Madisen & Ashley. They were such a big help while designing a remembrance bracelet for my sister in memory of our parents. I probably spent over 2 hours at the store & was so indecisive, they were both so patient and understanding. Between my indecisiveness & the overwhelming emotions that I kept having, I would have walked out without the special gift for my sister had Madisen & Ashley not shown me such kindness and held my hand through the experience. They didn’t just help me make a bracelet, they kept my mind occupied for a few hours and out of the house, while helping create such a great memory for all involved. I’m truly so grateful for all their help, if my grief causes me to splurge again I’ll definitely go see Madisen & Ashley and create another...
Read moreRobin, the store manager is very poor at her job. My sisters wedding ring was missing 3 diamonds and Pandora Corporate is allowing a curtesy warranty yet Robin refused to help. Usually these are done via the mail, but she and her husband are based on a Guam Naval Base therefore the mail isn’t an option. Pandora Corporate specifically requested that we show the Pandora shop the chat thread that allowed this curtesy warranty to be done. Robin laughed in my sisters face, refused to assist and demanded she leave. Robin is the most unprofessional store “manager” I have encountered. I later called the store for get the store number to file a report and to get Robin’s name. When I told her I was reporting her she hung up on me.
I really hope Pandora sees this and realizes how their managers are treating...
Read moreI received a ring for Christmas and my boyfriend was told it was a 7.5. I was surprised how snug it fit and returned it to the store for a different size. The manager, Christina, was not very helpful and seemed like we were an annoyance to her day. She said the ring I had was a 7 not a 7.5 and they didn't have any in stock. I exchanged it for an 8.5 since they do not sell size 8 with plans to have it sized. I was told I could try a sizer to wear with it and if I wasn't happy could return it within 30 days. I returned to the store to return it for the 7.5 since the sizer was not working and they will not honor the exchange since the ring was worn for a day with the sizer they suggested. Christina again seemed like we were an annoyance and was cold and uncaring. We will not be returning to this...
