Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store — Local services in Howell Township

I felt compelled to write a review I drove from Detroit to the Howell outlet shops the Polo store was my last stop after some sticker shock I finally found something to purchase during my visit there was a tornado warning and a shelter in place order the ladies were more than concerned with me traveling so I was asked if I wanted to wait through the storm ⛈️ absolutely was my answer I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by their hospitality ,empathy and kindness eventually there was a break in the action and I was able to get home safely it was quite an experience so to Emma,Andrea and Jomanna (I apologize for getting the names wrong )or the scarecrow , tin woman and the lion once again thank you from the bottom of my heart God bless you and please don’t ever change . Awesome staff made for a great shopping experience this past weekend. We were looking for a nice outfit for a wedding and Salesperson Mark (128226) went above and beyond to show us all of the selection, sizes and give us ideas for what tops and bottoms would work well together. The cashier 129794 (not sure her name) also took care of us with an extra discount after another customer offered us a better coupon that would only work for him individually. I have drove 30+ miles each way to buy a sweater for my trip. The store is supposed to be open until 8 PM weekdays. I reached around 7:30 and the doors are locked!
