I cannot begin to describe the disrespect and utter disregard we were met with in your Howell Nike location, today. This is a store that we have patronized on numerous occasions during our time here in Michigan. Who is responsible for this site? Should the clerks/athletes look up at some point during the patron interaction to acknowledge the customers? Is it customary for the paying customers to be COMPLETELY IGNORED during check out? Are the checkers asked to greet or just acknowledge the customers by making eye contact? Where in the company manual do you instruct the employees to talk over the customers when they are asking questions about the transaction. The young guy who began to check me out today, was obviously not interested in myself or husband ever visiting this location again. We were so appalled at the disgusting treatment we received, I placed my wallet back into my bag and asked Brigitte, who somehow though she was practically standing on top of the rude dude with the attitude, portended to be entirely oblivious to everything that happened while she stood there, right in front of us. When she should have reprimanded him, before I started waving my hands frantically to TRY and get his attention, she just stood there gawking, followed by THEE WORST excuses EVER, blaming his dismissive behavior on the mask I was wearing that, although it only covered my nose and mouth, somehow made me completely invisible and mute! Bridget seemed to think the possible jerk who checked us out, couldnāt hear me asking a question and couldnāt see me either. Iām 6 feet tall. Iām wearing a neon pink shirt today. I repeated myself multiple times at higher decibels. And I was waving my hands frantically. Needless to say, I cancelled the transaction and left with all the money Iād planned to spend. As a Nike member and someone who has frequented this location, I would like someone to follow up with me to let me know how this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpon arriving at the store there was 10 of us shopping. We were all excited, driving 35 miles just to shop! There was not efficient staffing on the floor. I approached what I thought was a young man, and he quickly let me know he " was on break". Okay....while all of my family had many items to buy, I decided to get in line so I could move along shopping at the Outlet Center. I waited in line, while this couple cheated us by going under the rope and cutting us. None of the cashiers said anything so whatever. When I finally waited my turn, my cashier was not at all excited to wait on me. I asked her a few questions, tried to make small talk. She wasnt having it. Sometimes , I wonder how these young kids get jobs. Their customer service us terrible. I had 3 gift cards to use. She was annoyed because I asked her how to use them exactly. Finally, I myself, figured it out. With mo help from her. I don't understand how I spent about 1 hundred dollars, and my family spent about 500.00....and yet we cant even get service enough to feel appreciated. Today, was a big...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIncredible customer service! Most recently I went in to return an item that I thought I had recently purchased that I had an issue with after only a 2nd wash . But I never keep a receipt. Well after a solid 30 plus minutes the young man (Ethan) who I assume was the manager looked through all of my history to find out that it was actually over 1 year ago that I had purchased and I guess i just never wore it. (In my defense i have around 15 pair of Nike shoes alone plus clothing so I'm a regular) His attitude was positive the entire time even when he discovered that I was wrong . Although I wasn't happy with the product I understood his hands were tied at that point and would still return based on my experience...
