I can’t say enough about Nicole Levesque/DoBetter Barbell Club…. I’ve been training with Nikki for more than 6 years now, after she graced my previous gym with her professionalism and deep knowledge of body mechanics, weightlifting, etc - something that was sorely lacking in the other trainers. While they were all “nice”, they did not know what they were doing! I sustained so many injuries from poor execution/mechanics, until I started working with Nicole. The things that impressed me the most then, and still, is how invested she is in learning her craft (FRC work, Kinstretch, etc) and staying current with her own education and certifications, and passing that knowledge on to each of her clients. She’s genuinely committed to coaching us on how to move/lift safely, and to challenge ourselves. Her style is tough, but fair: you can coast, but you’ll hear about it! And her gym??? Amazing! Read moreI am in the over 55 group of ladies. I started this program 18 months ago and it is truly the best workout I have ever done for my body! There is 1 coach and 7 ladies, we work out at 7:15 AM Monday’s, Wednesday’s & Friday’s. Being in this small group gives each of us personal time with the coach.
