Hudson Lockers — Local services in Hudson

Have done business with Hudson lockers for years, my grandson loves their beef jerky. He was starting a new year of school and wanted to surprise him with the gift of beef jerky he loves! After a week and no product showing up, no contact from customer service either. I called to talk with someone the person who handles their online orders informed me she has been gone for the week. I asked why wasn’t I informed through the email process so we could make other arrangements and or why did you not pass off the order to someone else?

Her response was( did you want me to deliver it to your house in person) this attitude, poor customer service has lost a valued customer! I have spoken to all of my neighbors and team members in regards to the situation asking if they’ve had any similar poor customer service situation like this. More than a hand full of my teammates wives said that they have had similar situations. Shame on you Hudson Lockers for allowing a person like this to work for you & loose...

There is no better meat locker around! When we lived in CO we would go here at least once a month and even now that we've moved out of state we still order their jerky and have it shipped to us. And any time we're visiting CO we stop here and get about a coolers worth of meat to take back home with us. Their ribs on Friday's are to die for! The prices are reasonable for how good the meat is and the meat is ALWAYS so amazing and great quality. Their other items like cheeses and pickles and sauces are all also fantastic. Plus their employees are always so nice and happy. I don't have a single complaint...

When you order a whole animal 4 weeks in advance you expect it to be at the butcher shop a month later when they told you it would be.

I’ve been sitting here for an hour and a half waiting on a whole hog that was suppose to be here one hour ago.

My reputation is on the line due to one farmers lack of ability to tell time or answer the phone and one butcher shop owners explanation “Oops I forgot to call you yesterday”.

Unacceptable and unprofessional on both parties.

I sure hope this hog arrives soon. 24 hour cook plus a 45 minute drive isn’t looking...
