El Rincon del Sabor — Restaurant in Hudson

I ordered a burrito and a torta...I'm a truck driver. i got excited when I saw this place. I was hungry, and I'm mexican. Burrito is disgusting, fill with a bunch of beans and rice, the meat that this lady put in there is the one that's only good for chewing and then spit out bearly any meat. on top of everything, burrito was super COLD!!! and I started eating right away. I'm not against rice and beans but when that is 80% of the burrito is disgusting for the vendor to do that!!!the pic is took was half way done cause I kept eating it digging for the meat...you can see I don't leave reviews but this is just too much...

The best food option around if you care about your health and energy. Real home cooked type of food and very friendly folks! Skip the fast food and the greasy stuff like pizza, burgers or the phony food like subway or whatever “restaurants” are around. This place also has the Mexican sodas that have cane sugar instead of corn syrup! Right when you pull into the Love’s truckstop lot look to your right! Beef cheek tacos every time for...

Food truck that allowed a quick and very delicious stop while passing through. The food is excellent! I had a smothered birria burrito that was moist and delicious. My wife had tacos - one birria and one al pastor. It was less than five minutes from order to ready. They are located in a parking lot and between the lack of picnic tables and a generator running, the atmosphere lacks a bit but please remember it’s a food truck...
